Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated: August 10, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Kinda Far LLC ("Kinda Far," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, protects, and retains personal information through kindafar.com, creator applications, trip inquiries and bookings, signed agreements, and the travel and creator programs we operate.

By using our website or submitting information to us, you acknowledge this Policy. Where applicable law requires consent, we will request it separately.

1. Information We Collect

  • Identity and contact information, such as name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, and date of birth.
  • Inquiry, registration, and account information, including messages, preferences, signed agreements, booking selections, and customer-service communications.
  • Trip information, such as travel dates, rooming selections, arrival and departure details, emergency-contact information, dietary needs, accessibility requests, and information needed for travel documents or supplier requirements.
  • Creator information, such as public or creator name, public social profiles, account handles, audience and engagement information, application responses, content, and participation history.
  • Transaction information, such as invoices, payment status, transaction identifiers, billing contact information, refunds, and chargeback records. Payment processors collect payment-card details directly; we do not intend to store full payment-card numbers.
  • Website and device information, such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, referring page, approximate location derived from IP address, timestamps, and basic cookie or analytics identifiers.
  • Information from travel suppliers, service providers, publicly available creator profiles, referrals, and other people involved in a booking or program.

2. How We Use Information

  • Respond to inquiries, review creator applications, process registrations, execute agreements, issue invoices, and administer bookings.
  • Arrange accommodations, ground transportation, activities, meals, events, site visits, creator programming, and other included services.
  • Communicate with travelers, creators, suppliers, sponsors, destination partners, and service providers about a trip or program.
  • Address dietary, accessibility, health, safety, emergency, insurance, documentation, and entry-related needs.
  • Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our website, forms, services, and customer experience.
  • Maintain business records, process refunds, prevent fraud, respond to disputes and chargebacks, enforce agreements, and comply with law.
  • Send marketing messages only when permitted. A contact inquiry does not automatically enroll a person in marketing communications.

3. Sensitive Trip Information

Health, accessibility, emergency-contact, dietary, and travel-document information is used only as reasonably necessary to plan or operate a trip, communicate a relevant request to a supplier, address safety or an emergency, comply with law, or handle a related incident or dispute.

We ask travelers to provide only information that is relevant to the trip. We do not use sensitive trip information for targeted advertising, unrelated marketing, or creator selection. When consent is required, the booking form or other collection point will request it.

4. Website Cookies and Basic Analytics

We may use cookies and similar technologies needed for website operation, security, form functionality, and basic analytics. Basic analytics may help us understand general traffic, page performance, referral sources, device types, and how visitors use the site.

We do not use advertising pixels or permit personal information to be used for cross-site behavioral advertising or ad retargeting. We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Doing so may affect website functionality. Because there is not a uniform industry standard for browser Do Not Track signals, our website may not respond to those signals.

5. When We Share Information

  • Travel suppliers, including resorts, transportation providers, activity operators, venues, restaurants, guides, and destination partners, when needed to provide selected services.
  • Service providers supporting website hosting, analytics, communications, electronic signatures, invoicing, payments, document storage, customer service, security, and other business operations.
  • Sponsors, tourism organizations, or creator-program partners when needed to administer a disclosed benefit or program, or with the person's direction or consent.
  • Emergency services, medical providers, insurers or insurance representatives, governmental authorities, and other persons when reasonably necessary for safety, an emergency, a claim, or legal compliance.
  • Professional advisers, financial institutions, payment networks, courts, regulators, law enforcement, and other parties when needed to protect rights, investigate fraud, address a dispute, comply with law, or respond to lawful process.
  • A buyer, successor, affiliate, or other party involved in a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal requirements.

We seek to disclose only the information reasonably necessary for the recipient's role.

6. International Data Handling

International travel may require personal information to be transmitted to or processed in another country. Privacy laws and government-access rules in that country may differ from those in the United States. We limit these disclosures to information reasonably needed for the trip, supplier service, safety, or legal requirement.

7. Retention and Deletion

We ordinarily delete or de-identify health, accessibility, emergency-contact, and travel-document information within ninety (90) days after the applicable trip ends. We may retain particular information longer when reasonably necessary for law, safety, an incident, a dispute, a chargeback, an insurance matter, a traveler-requested ongoing accommodation, or another legitimate business need.

Signed agreements, invoices, transaction records, ordinary correspondence, creator-program records, and other business records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, our legal and accounting obligations, dispute resolution, security, and enforcement of agreements.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature and sensitivity of the information. These measures may include access controls, secure service providers, authentication controls, encrypted transmission where appropriate, data minimization, and deletion practices. No system or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Choices and Privacy Requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we maintain about you, or withdraw a consent where withdrawal is available. You may unsubscribe from marketing email through the message's unsubscribe link or contact us. Transactional and trip-operational communications may continue while needed to administer an active booking or agreement.

Submit requests to [email protected]. We may verify your identity and authority before acting. A request may be limited or denied when retention or use is reasonably necessary or permitted by law.

10. Children

Our website and travel programs are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under thirteen (13). Travelers must be at least eighteen (18) unless Kinda Far expressly approves an exception under a separate written process.

11. External Sites and Third-Party Services

Our website, communications, or itineraries may link to or use third-party websites and services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. We encourage you to review those notices before providing personal information directly to a third party.

12. Changes to This Policy
