Travel Disclosures

Effective and last updated: August 10, 2026

These Travel Disclosures explain Kinda Far LLC's role, the general nature of the travel services offered through kindafar.com, and important limitations that apply before a traveler enters a specific booking agreement. They supplement the Website Terms and Privacy Policy but do not replace the signed agreements governing a trip.

Important: Trip-specific prices, inclusions, payment deadlines, cancellation terms, rooming rules, activities, and remedies appear in the applicable Traveler Agreement and Trip Terms & Booking Addendum.

1. Company Identity and Contact

Kinda Far LLCTexas limited liability company · Austin, Texas[email protected]kindafar.com

2. Kinda Far's Role

Kinda Far designs, brands, markets, organizes, and sells group travel programs and creator-focused travel experiences. Depending on the trip, Kinda Far may arrange accommodations, ground transportation, activities, meals, events, site visits, creator programming, and other services identified in the applicable Trip Addendum.

Kinda Far contracts directly with the traveler for the included services stated in the signed agreement set. Kinda Far is not the hotel, resort, transportation company, activity operator, restaurant, venue, guide, or other independent supplier that performs those services.

3. Independent Travel Suppliers

Hotels, resorts, ground-transportation providers, activity operators, venues, restaurants, guides, photographers, production companies, and other suppliers are independent businesses. They control their own day-to-day operations and may impose separate rules, schedules, eligibility requirements, safety instructions, waivers, and terms. Each supplier remains responsible for its own services, subject to applicable law and the signed agreement set.

Supplier names, schedules, and specific components may change because of availability, safety, local conditions, or operations. The applicable agreements describe Kinda Far's rights and obligations if a material service changes or a trip is canceled.

4. Booking and Payment

Website content, an inquiry, a creator application, an invoice, or a payment alone does not confirm a booking. A booking is accepted only in the manner stated in the applicable Traveler Agreement and Trip Addendum. Travelers should review all included and excluded services, payment deadlines, cancellation terms, insurance elections, rooming terms, and activity requirements before signing or paying.

Prices may be stated per person, by occupancy, by package, or in another clearly identified manner. Unless the Trip Addendum states otherwise, a service or expense not expressly listed as included is excluded. Currency, taxes, fees, and payment processing will be described in the applicable offer, invoice, or booking documents.

5. Air Travel and Transfers

Kinda Far does not sell, arrange, or assume responsibility for airfare. Travelers purchase and manage their own flights and remain responsible for schedules, airline rules, connections, baggage, entry documentation, and arrival at the applicable meeting point. Any future charter or Company-arranged flight will require a separate written agreement.

When airport or other ground transfers are included, the Trip Addendum or final travel instructions will identify the service. Shared transportation may include travelers who are not part of the Kinda Far group. Supplier schedules, waiting times, luggage limits, routing, and other operating rules may apply.

6. Passports, Entry Requirements, and Destination Conditions

Each traveler is responsible for passports, visas, travel authorizations, transit requirements, vaccination or health documentation, customs and immigration requirements, and permission to depart, enter, transit, and return. Requirements can change and may differ based on citizenship, residence, itinerary, or personal circumstances.

General information from Kinda Far is a courtesy and is not legal, medical, immigration, insurance, or security advice. Travelers should independently verify current requirements and destination conditions with appropriate governmental authorities, airlines, suppliers, and qualified professionals before making nonrefundable arrangements and again before departure.

Travel involves risks, including illness, injury, crime, transportation disruption, severe weather, natural disaster, civil unrest, infectious disease, supplier failure, and limited access to medical services. Travelers should review current official destination information and enroll in appropriate government traveler-notification services when available.

7. Travel Insurance

Kinda Far strongly recommends that travelers independently consider travel insurance before paying or incurring nonrefundable expenses. Unless Kinda Far later establishes a legally compliant relationship with a licensed insurance producer or insurer, Kinda Far does not sell, solicit, negotiate, arrange, place, or administer insurance and does not recommend, compare, interpret, approve, or verify a policy.

The traveler is responsible for selecting coverage, reading policy terms, confirming purchase deadlines and exclusions, paying premiums, maintaining coverage, and resolving claims with the insurer or producer. The applicable Trip Addendum records any required insurance election.

8. Health, Accessibility, Dietary Needs, and Activities

Travelers are responsible for determining whether a trip and its activities are suitable for their physical, medical, emotional, and mobility circumstances. Activity operators may impose age, health, mobility, equipment, clothing, weather, conduct, waiver, or other participation requirements.

Kinda Far will make reasonable efforts to communicate timely accessibility, dietary, allergy, and other accommodation requests to suppliers but cannot guarantee that a request can be fulfilled. A request is confirmed only in writing. Travelers should provide only information reasonably necessary for the trip; Kinda Far handles sensitive trip information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. State-Specific Seller-of-Travel Notices

Travel sales and advertising may be regulated based on Kinda Far's location, the traveler's residence, where an offer is made or accepted, or other transaction facts. Kinda Far may limit availability until required registrations, financial protections, advertising disclosures, or transaction-specific notices are in place.

Where a seller-of-travel registration or state-specific notice applies, the applicable registration number and legally required wording will be displayed in the advertising, contract, confirmation, or other location required by law. A government registration, when required, does not constitute governmental approval or endorsement.

10. Controlling Documents

These disclosures are general and do not create a booking, add an included service, or change a signed agreement. The Traveler Agreement and applicable Trip Addendum control the trip-specific relationship. A Creator Participation & Content Agreement or campaign addendum controls creator-only matters when applicable. If general website content conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls for the subject and trip addressed.
